Managed the year-long Drupal website supporting a major civic anniversary program for Chicago Metropolis 2020, with hundreds of calendar entries across partner organizations. Used Basecamp end-to-end to schedule tasks, monitor feedback cycles, and coordinate site developers and content contributors. This project was the foundation of the project management approach formalized in the Google PM Certificate.
